How does it work?
We’ll start with a free, 20-minute introduction conversation. This gives us both a chance to get to know each other, to discuss challenges you are facing, and ultimately to evaluate if working together makes sense.
Assuming it does, you will be able to book your first session right away for the following week. It’s important to have a week between each conversation, as you will be assigned homework after each session. This helps ensure progress with each meeting and helps you get the most out of your investment.
And yes. There is homework. After many of our conversations, I will often direct you to take some perceived action (usually not taking more than an hour our two) to ensure you continue to make progress toward your goal.

How much does it cost?
Our first 20-minute introductory session is always free. After that, each one-hour session costs $99, and payment is due in full prior to our meeting. You can pay at time of booking with a credit or debit card. You can cancel or reschedule for any reason up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. And while you can also purchase multiple sessions for a substantial discount, you are never obligated to.
How much do I pay upfront?
I never ask anyone to buy and prepay for any sort of “package”. Far too often I've seen coaches push their clients into prepaying for expensive programs costing thousands of dollars.
That's not how I work.
I find the best way to build an open and trusting relationship with clients is to ensure they see value in each conversation, and that they never feel locked in to anything. That is why I only charge per session.
